Brands On acknowledges the fact that purchasing parasols is a substantial investment. The parasols are installed in the market on different locations under the care of HoReCa owners. Brands On can help you to manage your investment, by keeping track of all the installed parasols and their status. We developed a high-performing tool to manage a fleet of parasols and communicate the status to the customer. In this tool, we share pictures and report status.

How does this work?

• Once a year, an expert will visit the locations and checks:
  • if all parasols are still there
  • if there are any problems with the parasols
• After checking, Brands On will report the status to its customer and will discuss which actions need to be taken.
• Overview of the parasol fleet, details of the visits and the parasol status can be consulted on the customer portal.

Previous models are also possible with a ‘SWAP option’. By investing in a spare stock of your parasols, Brands On will be able to swap the parasols in the market for maintenance. This will save on transportation. A pick up and a re-installation is replaced by a single swap.

How does this work?

• For full servicing or PAAS model
  • The customer invests in a spare stock of 10%.
  • Brands On will be servicing the parasols region by region over the course of one year.
  • This phased approach provides the opportunity to swap parasols in one region, to then give them a maintenance service and deploy them for a swap in the next region.
• For servicing on demand
  • The spare stock will be lower, 2% is sufficient.
  • When a parasol needs to be serviced,
    • Brands On will swap and service the parasol.
    • The serviced parasol is added to the spare stock.
