All shades,
different shapes,
united under our parasol.

This is how we feel living the happy moments on a terrace. Everyone is free to join, our parasol brings people together.

All shades refer to all different colors existing in the world with different meanings; the skin colors, the LGBTQIA+ family as well as the various colors in parasols we offer. The different shapes refer to different appearances of people, both in physical appearance and personality. Again, this also links to our different types of parasols and signs. We see that people unite under our parasol, no matter which shade or shape they have. Every shape with its unique shade is free to shine bright in our company and in the comfort of our parasol.

By creating a work space filled of diversity, equity and inclusion, we wish to foster people feeling welcome and be their best version of themselves no matter what version that is. We believe this invests greatly in the daily productivity as well as in people’s happiness. Brands On encourages all employees to create this warm and inclusive environment. When we notice violations, appropriate action will be taken, both within Brands On as regarding to our suppliers.

Our dream is to create a nice place to work, both within our organization as well as in our supply chain. In a changing world, we try to take the best steps and we will follow our heart.

Brands On wants to contribute to the community. In South-Africa, Brands On invests in eductation. In Belgium, we support health-related research.

Born in Africa

Born in Africa provides academic, social and life skill programmes to children who live in the townships in the Bitou area of South Africa. The academic programme focuses on education and tertiary studies. The social programme is driven by individual mentorship. The life skills programme enriches the learners by exposing them to life outside their rather limited daily routine. Brands On supports 5 students. Everytime one of the students graduates, we welcome a new student, making it a continuous process.

"Born in Africa is my umbrella in the rain, a blessing! The program helped me to find myself, I learned to believe in myself and that I am the change of my future. I can not wait to see what lies in front of me in the future with the help of Born in Africa." - Danielle Sputa, 18

Stand up to cancer

Sadely, Brands On colleagues have already lost too many loved ones to cancer. Therefore, this project is close to heart. We try to link this support with sporting challenges.
